Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Tour de Ladies!
Our volunteers are an integral part of the success of our event. A team of over 100 volunteers is needed to make the Tour de Ladies the amazing riding experience that it is! We could not have this event without you and we are grateful for your time and energy.
The Tour de Ladies will benefit the Crisis Center. Since its inception in 1985, they have provided programs and services to any domestic violence victim requesting those services throughout the Denver area, making an indelible impact upon our region.
How can I help? Tour de Ladies needs volunteers in the following areas:
Cool Cowbell Crew (20 people needed) - Ring your bell, wave, cheer and encourage riders around the course. Participants agree this is a great part of TDL! Volunteer times vary between 6:30am-3:30pm.
MOOOVE Over Marshals (18 people needed) - Be calm, look bold and help riders stay on course by reminding them to turn at or near your location. Help keep the crew on course! Route marshal volunteer times vary between 6:30am-3:30pm and have a very specific time of service to ensure safety. Please let us know what time you are available and this will help us assign you to a spot on the course.
Parking Peeps (8 people needed) - Help everyone get into the event and park. It's always easier said than done so be ready put on your smile and get everyone’s day off to a good start! Volunteer times vary between 5:30am-10:00am.
Finish Fans (6 people needed) - Help direct our finishing riders to the finish line with bells, whistles and any other fun noise maker you can think of! Volunteer times vary between 10:00am-3:30pm.
Zone Supervisors (6 people needed) - This is a big job, but it's great for those who can multitask and take charge. Manage our marshals and volunteers out on course in your specific zone. Volunteer times vary between 6am-4pm. Please let us know what time you are available.
Finish Line and Expo Helpers (13 people needed) - We need people to help clean tables, direct traffic to and from the building, help the lunch line keep moving, remind people at the door to cover their cleats, manage the alcohol area, help with set up and tear down, and manage trash. Volunteer times vary between 6:30am-4pm.
Aid Station Replenishment Captains (10 people needed) - We need help setting up aid stations, replenishing things at the aid stations as supplies on the tables get low, and cleaning up aid stations after the last rider rolls through! Please let us know what time you are available.
